Artist Services

Agency Services:
  • Representing you in your professional career and, on your behalf, liaising with all venue managers, journalists, media photographers, corporate and public employers and other booking agents as demand requires.
  • Advising, aiding, guiding and counselling you at your request, with respect to your promotional kit and performing career, as required/requested.
  • Seeking all appropriate opportunities for paid engagements (gigs) at the highest/fairest market fee;
  • Negotiating with venues, managers and other agents on your behalf regarding the terms and conditions of employment;
  • Administering the contracting of engagements on your behalf;
  • Ensuring your promotional material is disseminated to venues and media where appropriate and required/requested;
  • Providing a weekly worksheet and regular updates on your bookings;
Business (Financial) Services:
Budgeting and projection of income and expenditure including:
  • Advice regarding savings strategies dependent on the band/artist's goals;
  • Implementation of agreed strategies to ensure profitability;
  • Budgeting and projecting agreed wages, savings, expenditure etc for every gig.
Administration of Bank Account including:
  • Weekly depositing of all gig income;
  • Weekly dissemination of outgoings eg. wages, agent's fees, PA hire etc.
Administration and Reporting:
  • Complete and Remit quarterly BAS on behalf of the artists;
  • Liaise with accountant for end of year partnership returns on behalf of the artists;
  • All records kept on MYOB software;
  • Monthly Account Reconciliation Report and Quarterly Profit and Loss Report;
  • Annual Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
NB. Taxation remains the responsibility of the Artist. However, we can help by keeping accurate records of your business and liaising with your accountant.
